4. Duration of agreement = 40 years.

5. It mathematically implies that JAIZ Bank needs to make #250 million per year within 40 years to get their #10billion back (they said its interest free).

6. Since JAIZ bank will own 2,593 shops, it means that in a year they should charge #96,500 per shop per anum to realize #250million in one year.

7. At the above rate, please note that JAIZ bank will get an interest of #224,500 in one year, and that means #8.9million in 40years. On an interest free loan🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️???

His Excellency should respectfully see reasons why Plateau people are weary of the MoU which he wants to sign with JAIZ Bank....
