Michael Kaase Aondoakaa filed for cancelation of Alia's APC win, but made this mistake - By Asule JTS

Aondoakaa as a lawyer, went to the APC appeal panel and rather implicated himself.

He alleged that after the aspirants have spent huge resources on door-to-door campaign, the NWC now adopted direct mode of primaries for Benue state instead of their much respected indirect.

His appeal was struck out because, since he claimed that he and other aspirants massively embarked on door-to-door campaign, this means that their campaign was focused on the party members in general, and not limited to delegates thus solidly in line with direct mode of primaries.

What baffles me is that Aondoakaa as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) failed to understand that prior to primary election, door-to-door campaign connotes direct primary while delegate-to-delegate connotes indirect primary election.

Michael Kaase Aondoakaa (SAN) former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, should therefore accept defeat with out holding grudges in mind, so as to ensure the overwhelming victory of APC in 2023.

Benue people have decided and it's final and binding........
