Manchester United progressing in talks to sign €30 million rated French midfielder

Manchester United are making progress in talks with Rennes for the transfer of Edouardo Camavinga according to Fabrizio Romano.

A summary of Fabrizio Romano's latest report on the deal:

Manchester United are progressing in direct contacts to sign Eduardo Camavinga. This means the club are now talking to the player and club's representatives directly over a potential deal.

Rennes would be open to negotiate on potential €30m fee - as they’d lose Camavinga for free next summer. This fee is likely not going to be an issue for Manchester United.

He’s one of Man Utd long term targets - PSG have always been interested too. Man United's biggest hurdle would be PSG's interest in the player as he might want to remain in France to play for one of the best clubs in the league unless United can convince him about their own project.

Camavinga is one of the best young talents in France presently and would be a smart addition to United's midfield.

As per @StatmanDave he can play CDM and CM and has 105 tackles highest among TOP 5 league.

Should United sign Camavinga? Let us k ow in the comments.
