Fidelity Bank gifts N9.5m to 62 Sweet Account holders for support of Child Education.

In a bid to deepen customer engagement, Fidelity Bank Plc has distributed N150,000 to 62 Sweet Account (SWEETA) holders across the whole country, making the total sumvof N9.3 million in celebration of this year’s Children’s Day.

The bank has done that to support children education across the country noting that quality education remains the key to a bright future for the children. 

Speaking on the initiative, Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Bank, Mrs. Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe, said, 
 "All-around quality education remains a strong anchor in raising tomorrow’s children and breeding exceptional children who can compete globally. This is why we have decided to contribute our quota as a bank by offering school fees support to select Nigerian children.”

She also urged Nigerians and corporate entities operating in the country to continue who can help to never hesitate to offer their support that would ensure a secure and bright future for the future generations. 

The Head of Product Development, Richard Maduebo, also encouraged other existing customers to open a SWEETA account for their children to be able to participate in this kind of initiative when next it will hold. 

The bank presented cheques to the beneficiaries of the loyalty scheme (Sweet Account holders) at various children’s events organised by Bounty Kiddies Bites & Event, Kastina; Zeelove Event Management; Pamvilla Primary & Secondary School; Refiner School; Ilepeju Junior & Senior Secondary School; Orphanage Home, IDP camp throughout Kastina, Niger, Abuja, Lagos, and some other places.
